    The conceptual framework that will guide the production of discussion papers in preparation for the Summit is being finalised and will be posted shortly. We expect the discussion papers to be completed (and posted on this page) by the end of May 2009. The Summit Concept Paper (a synthesis of the discussion papers) will be produced and posted on this page by mid-June 2009. Noting these timeframes, please follow this link again to keep up to date!
